• £45,000 - £50,000 OTE

We are looking for a high performing Sales & Lettings Branch Manager to join a successful and established estate agency branch in Haverhill, Suffolk.

We are seeking someone with the ability to perform at a consistently high level through the application of talent and hard work, impress every customer and make their dreams come true!

You will be responsible for exceeding the expectations of both clients and colleagues on a daily basis as you deliver an increasing market share of the Lettings and Sales markets in the town. Responsible for the career development for each of your team, you will be skilled in performance management, coaching, praise and behavioural adjustment, whilst having the charisma to lead your team and the confidence to present in public to a room full of clients.

Your track record will be strong and your experience varied allowing your entrepreneurial style to flourish and meet business objectives whilst upholding our reputation for compliance to ever increasing legislative demands
A minimum of 3 years experience in the Property Sales & Lettings environment is essential.

On offer is a basic salary ranging between £28,000 - £32,000, depending on experience with a realistic year 1 on target earnings of £45,000 - £50,000.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, with every other Saturday (9am - 1pm) with time off in lieu.
