Lettings Manager
£25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary
£40,000 - £50,000 OTE

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join this successful and growing independent estate agent, with a number of branches in the Suffolk area.

As a Lettings Partner, you will be responsible for the whole lettings operation, driving the lettings business, growing the portfolio and leading the lettings team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings business
Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
Ensure all properties are marketed effectively and efficiently
Conduct valuations, generate new business, negotiate tenancy terms and agree rents
Ensure all lettings compliance is adhered to, including tenancy agreements and deposit protection schemes
Manage and resolve any landlord or tenant queries and issues
Keep up-to-date with current lettings legislation and industry developments

Requirements:

Experience as an Assistant Lettings Manager or Lettings Manager
Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets
Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Benefits:

£25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary
OTE uncapped and earning potential upwards of £45,000
