Job Description - Estate Agency - Lettings Negotiator - Bristol

Job Description

Are you passionate about property? Do you have a minimum of 12 months experience in Lettings?

Our client are a market leading agent in the Bristol area, they are an established Estate Agency and now seek an outstanding Lettings professional to join their expanding Lettings Department.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you are expected to:

- Deal with enquiries
- Generate and Attend Viewings
- Some Administration
- Canvassing
- Liaise with both Landlords and Tenants
- Generate Market Appraisals

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established agent. To succeed as a Lettings Negotiator, you will need to possess the following:

- 6 months’ experience in a Lettings
- A professional telephone manner
- Excellent time management skills
- The capability of working in a fast-paced environment
- Fantastic people skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service
