We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New Home Sales Manager to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential investors/homebuyers through the purchasing process, showcasing new developments, and helping clients find their dream homes/investment. Your ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Conduct property viewings and showcase the features of new developments.
• Provide detailed information about the homes, including specifications, pricing, and financing options.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our clients products.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. .
• Follow up with leads and maintain a robust database of potential buyers.

Skills

• Proven background in property sales or estate agency
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Self-motivation with a 'can do’ attitude
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
• Professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
• Previous experience with an estate agency software would be an advantage
• Full, clean UK driving licence is essential
