• Location: Wolverhampton (Must reside locally)
• Salary: £20,000 - £27,500 Basic, OTE £50,000+

Join a leading Independent Estate Agency as an Estate Agency Partner. This unique role offers the flexibility of a self-employed model with the security of full employment, allowing you to manage your own area and become the top Estate Agent locally.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Build and develop the Estate Agency profile within a designated core area.
• Make strategic decisions on targeted marketing and canvassing.
• Develop business contacts within local constituencies to enhance referrals and the Estate Agency network.
• Value and convert market appraisal opportunities into instructions using a substantial marketing budget.
• Oversee instructions to completion, utilizing a nearby hub office equipped with sales negotiators, sales progression, and admin staff for daily operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years+ experience in Estate Agency.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to run and grow your own area.
• Excellent business generation and marketing skills.
• Ability to offer an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong local relationships and community presence.
• Flexibility to work from home and in an office environment.
