Estate Agency - Residential Lettings Manager - Horsham - 54948

Our client is a highly successful multi office independent estate agency group and they are looking for a top quality and ambitious, experienced, Senior Manager to cover their offices in West Sussex as a Floating Lettings Manager.

Their Floating Managers are key to the success of their business and this is a fantastic opportunity to get a real feel for varying locations, covering for holidays, vacancies and sickness, whilst continuing to lead and motivate the team and grow the business.

The Ideal Candidate will have the ability to build great relationships in a short space of time, have a great record for turning valuations into listings and lets, and are able to get stuck in and make things happen with the team from the get go.

Basic Salary £28,000 - £29,000 and OTE up to £50,000. Please note that weekend working on rota will be required and your own car to perform company duties.
