This professional independent estate agent is looking for professional and experienced Lettings Consultants for their busy branch in Nottingham.

This reputable agent is looking for driven, motivated ,well organised and knowledgeable Lettings property professionals. Working as an integral part of a high performing team dealing with all aspects of looking after clients throughout the letting process. This role will include answering and dealing with enquiries, administration support ensuring proper processes and protocols are followed to provide a high level of customer service, carrying out viewings, inspections, inventories, check ins/outs, day to day management on tenancies and payment of rents.

The role will be varied and it will not always be office based. Previous experience is a must for this role as knowledge of the lettings legislation is essential along with the right attitude and good interpersonal skills.

A generous salary and commissions package is being offered dependent on experience.
