Estate Agency - Residential Lettings - Property Manager - Ascot - 54526

An established independent firm in the Berkshire area is seeking a Property Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for the full management of a portfolio of properties and will be pivotal in the smooth running of the department.

Duties to include:

• Dealing with enquiries.
• Arranging maintenance on a portfolio of managed properties
• Keeping up to date with current legislation
• Liaise with landlords and negotiate with contractors
• Ensure properties have gas safety certificates and comply with current legislation
• Arrange and carry out property inspections
• Manage tenancy renewals
• Referencing
• General administration

The ideal candidate for this role MUST have previous property maintenance experience and be comfortable to hit the floor running.

A basic salary in the region of £28,000 - £32,000 is offered. and hours of working are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
