Estate Agency - Residential Lettings - Property Manager - Coventry - 54958

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Property Manager to join our busy lettings team in Coventry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting Inventories, Routine Inspections, and Final Check-Outs
• Managing tenant and landlord relationships
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Ensuring properties meet compliance standards

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• ARLA qualified would be a great advantage, but not essential - training support can be provided

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
• Alternate Saturdays: 9.00am - 1.30pm
