This well known brand are now offering a fantastic opportunity for a hard working, committed and experienced LETTINGS PROPERTY MANAGER to join their friendly team.

Areas of Accountability:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Delivering fantastic customer service at all times to Landlords and Tenants
• Resolving maintenance issues
• Meeting targets and performance objectives
• Reviewing property visits reports, check out reports, releasing the deposit
• Ensuring the property is complying with legislation
• Organising Gas Safety Certificates

The Individual:

• Self-motivation with a 'can do' attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team

The successful candidate must have a proven track record in lettings maintenance and up to date current knowledge and experience of lettings legal legislation. Full UK driving licence is essential

A generous basic salary and commission package is being offered dependent on experience along with parking.
