Experienced Sales Negotiator, Lincoln

This well known and progressive agents are looking to recruit in its busy Lincoln city Office. This is a role for Experienced sales people, with a proven track record in negotiating and listing property to strengthen and enhance the existing Team and Branch Manager.

Having been involved in property transactions for many years, this reputable and progressive brand have expanded further to this area, due to increased business levels and demands. My client is looking for sales hungry, driven and professional individuals to join their driven and motivated team to convert valuations into instructions and increase the already healthy sales stock, or negotiating sales though to completion.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record in selling property, excellent local knowledge, be used to working to targets and have experience in how to extract business from every opportunity.

A generous salary is being offered, along with a fantastic OTE that is above average but reachable.
