Estate Agency Sales Valuer - Bedworth - up to £22k basic £35k package

This is a much sought after role with a growing, dynamic and forward thinking independent Estate Agency brand dealing with both sales and lettings and have built up a successful brand in the area.

Our clients are looking for an exceptional Estate Agency Sales Valuer who will have excellent Estate Agency experience and will stand out from the crowd. Essential Skills for the Estate Agent Sales Valuer Role:

• Current Estate Agency Experience as Estate Agent Sales Valuer
• Valuations experience
• Driven and Motivated
• Ability to win new business
• Initiative and creativity in generating new business
• Motivation of staff
• Deal Closer
• Excellent presentation and communication Skills
• Full UK Licence and car for which mileage will be paid
