Estate Agency Valuer

About the Role:

As Valuer, you’ll be the face of the business when it matters most. You’ll carry out market appraisals on some of the region’s most desirable homes, offering clients honest, insightful advice and winning instructions through a combination of knowledge, integrity, and confidence.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducting accurate, confident property valuations across the higher end of the market
• Building lasting relationships with vendors through expertise, trust, and market knowledge
• Preparing tailored marketing strategies for premium listings
• Representing the brand with professionalism and polish at every stage
• Working closely with negotiators to ensure a seamless handover and excellent service

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sales Valuer or Senior Negotiator in residential estate agency
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Commercial awareness with a focus on delivering results
• A calm, polished, and confident manner - especially in high-value client interactions
• A full UK driving licence and own car
