As an Estate Agent, you will be offered:

• £24,000 basic salary

As an Estate Agent, your responsibilities will include:

• Promote properties through advertisements and open houses
• Maximise board presence
• Take professional-standard photographs and video tours in accordance with company policy
• Book and accompany viewings; provide feedback to clients within company policy timeframe
• Create property details via company software in accordance with company guide
• Email and call out new instructions
• Review property listings in accordance with company policy to ensure they remain current and appealing
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
• Secure relevant ID to progress offers to purchase or let
• Negotiate offers for purchase and let
• Initiate and manage tenant referencing
• Ensure third-party referrals are made to letting applicants when applying

To be considered for the Estate Agent, you must have:

• At least 6 months of recent experience working for an Estate Agency in either sales or lettings
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• A career-driven mindset
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in IT
• A keen eye for detail
• The ability to work as a team player while showcasing your individual flair
