Estate Agent and Lettings Negotiator - Coventry - Up to £20k

Rare opportunity to join this independent Estate Agent and Lettings brand who have built up an impressive reputation in the Coventry area. Our clients understand that great people in their business are what makes their business and in return offer a great future with excellent development opportunity. They are a progressive independent that loves to reward hard work and success financially and with career progression. They are looking for Estate Agent and Lettings Negotiator with experience, ideally 12 months and with local area knowledge.

Estate Agent and Lettings Negotiator Main Duties:

·Registering applicants
·Matching properties to applicants needs
·Conducting viewings
·Negotiating and closing deals
·Carrying out administration for sales and lettings

Estate Agent and Lettings Negotiator Key Skills

·Sales and Lettings experience
·Well Presented and Well Spoken
·Excellent communication skills
·Accurate, numerate and computer literate
·A team player with excellent organisational skills
·Full and clean UK driving license
·Attention to detail
·Ability to work with minimal supervision
