• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch across both sales and lettings
• Manage and mentor the team to drive performance and deliver results
• Take responsibility for valuations, instructions, negotiations, and pipeline management
• Identify growth opportunities and implement business development strategies
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
• Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity

Estate Agent Branch Manager / Associate Director (Sales & Lettings) Skills and Experience:

• Experience in a similar senior role within estate agency is essential
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Commercially driven with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Full UK driving licence or equivalent required
