An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Branch Manager to join a highly successful and well-regarded estate agency in Kidderminster. This is a pivotal role offering the chance to lead a dynamic team and drive business forward in the mid to top-end property market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve and exceed targets
• Conduct high-quality market appraisals and win new instructions in the mid to upper price ranges
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and stakeholders
• Drive performance through coaching, accountability, and clear KPIs
• Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service and uphold the firm’s strong reputation
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure full compliance with company procedures and legislation

• A proven track record as a successful Branch Manager or Senior Valuer in estate agency
