Estate Agent - Commercial Property Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Manager for our Estate Agency client in Beaconsfield.

You must have previous commercial property management experience.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30 minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Responsibilities for the role of Commercial Property Manager include:

• Liaising with commercial tenants
• Managing multi-tenanted commercial buildings
• Managing repairs and maintenance of buildings through the provision of service charges
• Manage compliance
• Build a strong working relationship with commercial tenants

Key Skills for the role of Commercial Property Manager include:

• Previous commercial property management experience
• Strong relationship building skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good time management and excellent organisational skills
• Knowledge of current legislation and compliance
• Able to work to deadlines
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
