Estate Agent - Credit Controller

We're currently recruiting for a Debt Recovery Administrator for our Estate Agency client in their Lettings department based in Burnham.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in debt recovery / credit control.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30 minute commute of the area.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Debt Recoery Administrator:

• Basic £28,000
• Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.15pm (week 1), 9am - 6pm (week 2)

Responsibilities for the role of Debt Recoery Administrator:

• Chasing outstanding debts from landlords and tenants
• Ensuring payments are made promptly and efficiently
• High amount of telephone work
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Addressing and resolving disputes and queries
• Following established procedures

Key Skills for the role of Debt Recoery Administrator:

• Must be able to deal with difficult conversations and situations with empathy and professionalism
• Previous experience in debt recovery / credit control is essential
• Property experience would be a bonus (but not essential)
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Effective problem solver
