• Oversee all aspects of the lettings process from valuation to move-in
• Grow and manage a portfolio of properties and clients
• Lead by example, setting high standards for service and compliance
• Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and property marketing
• Work closely with property management and administrative teams

Estate Agent Lettings Manager / Associate DirectorSkills and Experience:

• Proven lettings experience in a senior or management role
• Confident in business generation and landlord engagement
• Knowledge of lettings legislation and best practices
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Full UK driving licence or equivalent required
