Estate Agent - Lettings Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Enfield.

The ideal candidate will preferably have lettingsexperience, but this is not essential.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary package and benefits for the role of Lettings Negotiator:

• Basic £20,000 - £22,000
• OTE £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

• Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm, 3 in 4 Saturdays 9am to 5pm with day off in lieu

Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Negotiator:

• Always delivering exceptional customer service
• Liaising between landlords and tenants
• Providing up to date advice and information
• Conducting viewings
• Booking appointments
• Negotiating lettings contracts
• Registering applicants
• Generating new business
• Building the market share
• Be up to date with current compliance and legislation

Key Skills for the role of Lettings Negotiator:

• Some lettings experience preferred but not essential
• Understanding of the lettings process
• Be up to date with current legislation
• A high level of customer service skills
• The desire to work well in a team, and independently
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail

• Well-spoken with a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
