Estate Agent - Lettings Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Clerkenwell.

The ideal candidate must have 2 years previous experience, with local area knowledge.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You do not need to have a driving licence for this role!

Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Negotiator:

• Basic £23,000
• OTE £56,000 - £57,000
• Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, 1 Saturday per month 10am - 2pm (half day back when worked)
• Quarterly drinks with all offices
• Other incentives

Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Negotiator:

• Registering new applicants
• Keeping activity records up to date on Reapit
• Booking and conducting accompanied tours and viewings
• Following up on enquiries and building relationship with applicants and relocation agents
• Maintaining and updating Reapit Database,
• Recording detailed file notes of viewing feedback and conversations with Landlords and Tenants
• Achieving targets in new lets
• Negotiating offers between Landlords and Tenants
• Arranging Tenancies and progressing the tenancy files
• Ensure that the client’s best interests are always protected
• Follow company guidance, procedures and current legislation
• Communicating fully with all team members and other departments when required or instructed
• Requesting testimonials, arranging and distributing Let cards, distributing marketing material and assisting with canvassing
• Dealing with all customer enquiries and always providing a high level of customer service to Clients and Customers
• Undertake ARLA Training courses and CPD as required
