Key Responsibilities:

• Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Handling enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Assisting with tenancy progression and referencing
• Liaising with landlords and tenants professionally and efficiently
• Supporting the lettings team with general administrative duties

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have property and/or strong customer service experience
• Be articulate, confident, and personable
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
• Thrive under pressure and enjoy working in a target-driven environment
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle
