A well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency based in Coventry is seeking a confident and experienced Property Valuer to join its dynamic team. The Role:

The Property Valuer will be responsible for conducting accurate market appraisals and converting leads into instructions. Representing the agency across Coventry and the surrounding area, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, winning business, and working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting property valuations with professionalism, market insight, and confidence
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with potential vendors and landlords
• Providing clear advice on pricing strategy and marketing approach
• Securing new instructions through persuasive communication and local knowledge
• Preparing valuation reports and ensuring smooth onboarding of new listings
• Staying informed on local market trends and competitor activity
• Working collaboratively with the wider sales and lettings team to maximise results

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., valuer, lister, or negotiator) within estate agency
• Strong understanding of the Coventry property market
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a consultative sales approach
• Smart, professional appearance and confident manner
• Full UK driving licence
