Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
• Building strong relationships with vendors and potential clients
• Accurately valuing properties across a range of price points
• Preparing high-quality property marketing materials
• Working closely with the sales team to drive performance
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the local property market
• Promoting the agency’s reputation for professionalism and results

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a residential estate agency valuing role
• A persuasive and personable approach to winning business
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Well-presented, driven, and commercially aware
• In-depth knowledge of the local property market
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
