Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties with efficiency and care
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors and tenants
• Ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to provide exceptional service
• Conducting property inspections and handling end-of-tenancy procedures
• Managing deposit returns, disputes and tenancy renewals
• Keeping accurate records and managing workload through CRM software

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in residential property management is essential
• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and industry compliance
• Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to build strong relationships with clients and tenants
• A professional and well-presented individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding service
• Full UK driving licence and own transport required
