Estate Agent Sales Administrator

Are you an expert Sales Administrator who thrives in a busy team performing a varied role? An independent agency in West Berkshire is looking for an experienced candidate to be instrumental supporting their sales and lettings team.

Key areas of the role:

• Day to day office administration
• Assist with some property viewings
• Client support
• Handle enquiries from all communications
• Update property listings
• Compliance
• Liaise with solicitors and contractors

Core skills:

• Proficient using Microsoft packages
• Comfortable using Property Software
• Solid written & communication skills
• Attentive to details
• Able to work efficiently within a team
• Estate Agency experience
• Customer service experience
• Team player

A basic salary of £28,000 is available with additional commission opportunities and the use of a company car.

Please note that for this full time position you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays.
