Estate Agent - Sales Co-Ordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Co-Ordinator for our independent Estate Agency client based in Woodford Green.

The ideal candidate must have property sales administration experience, excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 40-minute commute of the area.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Co-Ordinator:

• Basic £27,000
• Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays

Responsibilitiesfor the role of Sales Co-Ordinator:

• Liaise with all Sales Negotiators in the company to complete AML checks and compliance
• Provide weekly sales figures for all sales departments in the company
• Oversee administration duties for the company
• Oversee the running of the Woodford Green office
• Answering phone as required
• Dealing with queries where possible, and/or taking accurate messages

Key Skills for the role of Sales Co-Ordinator:

• Must have previous property sales administration
• Extremely well organised and motivated
• High level of customer service skills
• Well spoken with good telephone manner
• Exceptional literacy skills
• Great attention to detail
• Well presented
• An excellent team player
