Estate Agent - Sales Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Rickmansworth.

The successful candidate must have previous experience as either a SeniorNegotiator looking to step up, or currently a SalesManager looking for a new challenge.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Manager:

• Basic £23,000 - £27,000
• OTE £50,000
• £3,000 Car Allowance
• Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 4pm with a day back in lieu
• 1 in 3 Saturdays off
• 5 day working week

• Leading from the front

• Ability to coach and develop the team

• Strong understanding of the Estate Agency industry
• Track record in listing and winning business
• Proven experience in residential sales

• Confidence with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Well-spoken with good telephone manner
• Leadership qualities
• Ability to motivate and guide a team
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
