Dealing with some of the finest properties, this role has huge potential for a confident Sales Negotiator looking to further their career in the high end of the Surrey property market

As Sales Negotiator Estate Agent you will be:

• A key part of a successful team with great career potential
• Sourcing and marketing potential properties for sale in Surrey
• Helping buyers find the right property and conducting viewings
• Working with vendors to support them in the sales process
• Negotiating offers
• Communicating with all parties to make sure your sales progress smoothly through to completion
• Working closely with the team to ensure clients receive the best estate agency service fully compliant with the latest property legislation

We are looking for a Sales Negotiator with:

• A proven track record in residential property sales
• Outstanding communication skills and a great telephone manner
• The desire to deliver excellent customer service to buyers, vendors and solicitors
• A UK driving licence
• Local knowledge of the Surrey area - would be an advantage but is not essential
