Estate Agent - Sales Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator position, for our Estate Agency client based in Hainault.

The ideal candidate must have 6 months previous experience in Estate Agency.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Negotiator:

• Basic £22,500 - £25,000 DOE (including car allowance and mileage)
• OTE £35,000 - £40,000
• Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, every Saturday 8.30am - 6pm (with a day back in lieu)
• Extra commission when office targets are met

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator:

• Registering and qualifying potential buyers
• Generating valuations and mortgage referrals
• Generating and conducting viewings
• Canvassing to bring on new properties
• Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
• Preparing sales brochures
• Developing relationships
• Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
• Booking appointments
• Always delivering exceptional customer service

Key Skills for the role of Sales Negotiator:

• At least 6 months experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property industry.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Well-spoken with good telephone manner
• Well presented
• Target driven and ambitious
• The desire to work well in a team and be an excellent team player
• Highly motivated
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
