£24,000 + Commission | Multi-Branch, Award-Winning Independent Estate Agency are seeking a dynamic Sales Negotiator with some experience in valuations, would suit someone with 6 months+ in a corporate agency looking to move up.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build great relationships with buyers and sellers alike.

• Sales & Negotiation - Managing the sales process from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring the best results for clients.
• Client Liaison - Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers, and solicitors.
• Viewings & Offers - Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers effectively.
• Local Market Knowledge - Keeping up to date with property trends and market conditions.

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator
• A strong track record in sales and securing new instructions.
• Confident communicator with excellent people skills.
• A driven, motivated approach and a passion for property.
• A full UK driving licence (essential).

• Basic salary around £24,000 + commission.
