Estate Agent - Sales Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator position, for our Estate Agency client based in St Albans.

The ideal candidate must at least 1-2 years experience in sales or a property role, be confident and driven.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car.

Benefits:

• Basic £25,000 - £28,000 DOE
• OTE £30,000 - £33,000 +
• Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm, Friday 9am - 5.30pm, every other Saturday 9am - 4pm

Responsibilities:

• Registering and qualifying potential buyers
• Generating and conducting viewings
• Canvassing to bring on new properties
• Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
• Preparing sales brochures
• Developing relationships
• Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
• Booking appointments
• Always delivering exceptional customer service

Key Skills:

• At least 1-2 years sales or property experience
• Ideally local knowledge
• Valuing preferred but not essential
• High level of customer service skills
• Well-spoken with a professional telephone manner
• Strong written communication skills
• Well presented
• Target driven with ambition to build a long-term career in sales
• The desire to work well in a team and thrive in a team
• Highly motivated
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
