Due to their continued success, and ever increasing market share they are looking to recruit an experienced, professional and motivated, residential sales negotiator for their busy office.

The ideal candidate, will have previous property negotiation estate agency experience and be used to working to targets and seeking out additional business opportunities, not just wait for the phone to ring.

The role will involve carrying out viewings on and negotiating sales on properties of all price ranges, and so excellent customer service skills are essential.

Previous sales negotiation experience along with sales progression and knowledge of the house selling process would be the ideal.

The company are offering a competitive basic salary, as well as commission package and there is massive potential for career development. On site free parking is also included.
