Dealing with some of the finest properties, this role has huge potential for a confident Sales Negotiator looking to further their career in the high end of the Surrey property market

As Sales Negotiator Estate Agent you will be:

A key part of a successful team with great career potential
Sourcing and marketing potential properties for sale in Surrey
Helping buyers find the right property and conducting viewings
Working with vendors to support them in the sales process
Negotiating offers
Communicating with all parties to make sure your sales progress smoothly through to completion
Working closely with the team to ensure clients receive the best estate agency service fully compliant with the latest property legislation
We are looking for a Sales Negotiator with:

A proven track record in residential property sales
Outstanding communication skills and a great telephone manner
The desire to deliver excellent customer service to buyers, vendors and solicitors
A UK driving licence
Local knowledge of the Surrey area - would be an advantage but is not essential
