Sales Negotiator/Valuer, Downham Market

Are you a confident, sales-driven estate agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and capable individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator / Lister.

This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive, adaptable approach. You’ll be involved in every stage of the sales process, from initial vendor contact to arranging viewings and negotiating deals. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, juggle multiple tasks, and contribute to a busy and successful office.

• Liaising with vendors, buyers, and solicitors throughout the sales process
• Managing and booking appointments and viewings
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships
• Supporting the team across all areas of residential sales

Bonus if you have experience in valuing or progressing sales, but this is not essential.

• Proven experience in residential property sales
• A natural communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise under pressure
• Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented
• Knowledge of the local property market is a plus
