Sales Manager - Solihull

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to join a well-established estate agency based in their Solihull office. This role is ideal for a mature, focused, and professional individual with a proven track record in estate agency sales and team management.

Role Overview:

• Head up the sales team, supporting and leading them to achieve and exceed targets.
• Work alongside a highly capable valuer already in the office.
• Primarily office-based with the occasional viewing or vendor visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Drive sales performance and meet monthly invoicing targets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations within the sales department.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism are maintained.
• Maintain excellent organisation and administration standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience within estate agency sales, ideally at management level.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
• Excellent administrative skills.
• Mature, focused, and professional approach.
• Confident leader with the ability to inspire and manage a team.

Working Hours

• Five days a week, including every other Saturday (ideally).
