Estate Agent - Senior Lettings Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Langley, Slough.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum 3 years' lettings experience including valuing, with a strong understanding of the full lettings process.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Benefits and salary package for the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator:

• Basic £22,000 - £25,000
• OTE £30,000 - £35,000

Responsibilities for the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator:

• Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
• Good working knowledge of inventory
• Speaking with potential tenants
• Building relationships
• Generating leads
• Provide advice
• Turn initial enquiries into actual business

Key Skills for the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator:

• Minimum 3 years' Lettings experience with Valuing experience
• Ideally ARLA qualified but not essential as will be supported with gaining this
• Team player
• Well-presented and articulate
• Professional telephone manner
• Enjoys dealing with customers face to face as well as over the phone
• Exceptional customer-service skills
• Ambitious and target driven
• Natural selling ability
• Must hold full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
