Estate Agent - Senior Negotiator

Working for a well established and successful independent Estate Agent.

Diamond Recruitment Services are looking for an experienced Senior Negotiator for a local Estate Agency.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales negotiator ideally with valuation skills, the candidate will be someone who is currently excelling as a senior negotiator with current estate agent experience and whom is keen to progress with valuations, this is a perfect career move for someone to move up the ladder within a successful independent.

Duties and responsibilities will briefly include: maintaining an applicant base for buyers and sellers, to accompany viewing appointments in clients homes, to carry out property market appraisals, to meet sales targets and property listing targets, to attend daily morning meetings and be involved in the overall organisation of each working day, to door knock and canvass and be prepared to carry out other general tasks that are relevant to the daily requirements of an estate agency.

Must have own car, a valid drivers license, have experience with a proven track record.

Working week: Monday to Saturday (weekend rota in place).

Office open hours: 9.00 am to 6.15pm (appointments will sometimes need to be outside the office hours).
