I’m working with a well-regarded independent estate agency with exciting growth plans. Following recent success, they’re now looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator for their Kidderminster office.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting property viewings with confidence and professionalism
• Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
• Assisting with generating new instructions and valuations
• Maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service

Ideal candidate:

• Estate agency experience (ideally 12+ months)
• Confident, articulate, and personable
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Strong local knowledge of the Kidderminster/Wyre Forest area
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
