Estate Agent - Senior Sales Consultant - Caversham - 55124

A successful and respected independent agency in Berkshire is looking for experienced Sales Consultants to join their expanding branches.

With a solid depth of experience already acquired from working within the property industry, you should be able to hit the ground running to support and work with an established and friendly service driven team.

Key elements of the Sales Consultant Role:

• Carry out property viewings.
• Service and generate new business.
• Book valuations and viewings.
• Advise clients on services that the agency supports.
• Vendor Client Management and review.
• Service Local homes to sell clients.
• Sales Negotiations & Closing deals.
• Handle property enquires efficiently.

Key personal attributes sought:

• Friendly, professional and supportive with vendors and buyers.
• Articulate.
• Comfortable supporting "High End Properties".
• Well presented.
• Confident.
• Able to work diligently as part of a team and on your own.
• Familiar with the Berkshire area and property legislation.
• Ambitious with drive and skill to take on bigger roles in the future.
• Ability or aspirations to value and list homes in the future.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and producing company standard documentation.
• Able to use time efficiently and effectively.

An overall basic package depending on experience is offered in the range of £25,000 - £27,000 with an OTE £35,000 - £45,000 which is uncapped. A five day week is worked with Saturdays on rota.
