Estate Agent - Senior Sales Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Harrow.

The successful candidate must be focused, target driven, and keen to succeed. An effective team player, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Basic £22,000 - £25,000
• OTE £40,000
• Monday to Thursday 9am - 6.30pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, every Saturday 9am - 3pm with a day back in lieu
• 5 day working week
• Office and personal commission
• Parking at the office
• Quarterly bonus

Responsibilities for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Focus on reaching your target of £50,000 banking per quarter
• Focus on creating new opportunities to increase the office revenue and market share
• Continue to deliver exceptional customer service
• Prioritise door knocking
• Stay up to speed with potential properties coming up in the area
