Estate Agent - Senior Sales Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Colchester.

The ideal candidate must have previous sales experience, and ideally in the High End property market.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Basic £22,000 - £25,000
• OTE £40,000+
• Guarantee for 6 months
• Car allowance
• Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, every Saturday 8.30am - 4pm (day off in lieu)
• 5 day week
• Family independent estate agency

Responsibilities for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Registering and qualifying potential buyers
• Generating and conducting viewings
• Canvassing to bring on new properties
• Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
• Preparing sales brochures
• Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
• Always delivering exceptional customer service

Key Skills for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Must have previous sales experience
• Ideally experienced in High End properties
• High level of customer service skills
• Well spoken
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ambitious with the drive to succeed
• Proactive team player
• Excellent telephone manner
• Well-presented and self-motivated
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
