Job Description - Estate Agent - Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Windsor.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years + Estate Agency sales experience as a Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager, with some valuation experience.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary package and benefits for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager:

  • Basic £20,000 - £22,000
  • OTE £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
  • Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6pm
  • 1 Saturday off per month but day back in lieu
  • 5 day working week
  • Award winning independent Estate Agent
  • Parking at the office

Responsibilities for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager:

  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Canvassing to bring on new properties
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
  • Preparing sales brochures
  • Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
  • Always delivering exceptional customer service
  • Meeting with clients
  • Valuations
  • Assessing buyers & sellers particular needs
  • Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone
  • Promoting properties via different mediums

Key Skills for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager:

  • A minimum of 2 years + experience in Estate Agency sales
  • Must have a full understanding of the sales process
  • Local area knowledge essential
  • Valuing experience
  • High level of customer service skills
  • The desire to work well in a team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and very well presented
  • Drive, hunger and ambition for success
  • The ability to work well within a fast paced environment
  • Be able to inspire and lead others
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
