Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager / Sales Manager Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in residential sales is essential
• Confident business winner with strong negotiation and rapport-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and career-focused
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence or equivalent required
