My client is a reputable, vibrant estate agent, looking for enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and forward thinking Residential Sales Negotiators to join their friendly team in their vibrant city centre branch.

For this role, previous experience can be in a property career already or also sales people who are ready for a new challenge in this exciting industry from a similar target driven background.

The successful candidates will be smart and professional at all times, punctual and will have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills over the phone and face to face.

The duties will include:

• Arranging and accompanying viewings
• Returning feedback to vendors
• Arranging market appraisals

A generous Basic salary is being offered along with a fantastic commission package, dependent on experience.
