Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the sales process from instruction to completion
• Conducting viewings and providing expert advice to buyers and vendors
• Negotiating offers and closing deals with confidence and professionalism
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Prospecting for new business opportunities
• Working closely with the Valuer and Branch Manager to meet branch targets
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous estate agency experience is essential, ideally in a senior role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Confident, driven, and target-oriented
• A team player with a professional and personable approach
• Knowledge of the local market is desirable
• Full UK driving licence and own car required
