A thriving Independent Estate Agency/Lettings Firm in South Birmingham are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator.

The role has become available due to an internal promotion.

This is a fantastic opportunity with a market leading independent estate agency firm who offer great long term progression. You will be working within a fast paced and dynamic environment.

This is a full 360 degree role and no 2 days will be the same. You will be working to a degree of autonomy and must be able to think on your feet and be prepared to go the extra mile. This is a firm that are BIG on customer service. You should possess the style and flair to negotiate deals to their successful conclusion.

You will have to be well presented and thoroughly professional at all times.

Previous experience, whilst preferred, is not always necessary provided there is experience in a sales based industry.
