Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting property viewings and delivering exceptional service to buyers and sellers alike
• Managing the negotiation process to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, applicants, and third parties
• Proactively generating new business through applicant management, call-outs, and market awareness
• Assisting with valuations where appropriate and supporting the branch manager with daily operations
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local market and property trends

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a residential sales negotiator (minimum 2-3 years)
• Confident, articulate, and professional with excellent communication skills
• Polished and presentable with a strong customer-first mindset
• Driven by results with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Able to thrive in a high-performing, fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
