The role will involve:

• Calling out on new instructions and generating interest
• Regular vendor contact and client care
• Accompanying property viewings
• Spotting and referring mortgage and conveyancing leads
• Sales progression and pipeline management

Who we’re looking for:

• Minimum 12 months experience in residential sales
• Local knowledge of the West Birmingham market
• Confident, professional, and able to build rapport at all levels
• Positive, proactive and team-spirited
